I know there are several questions…don’t be scared; have fun and answer as many of the questions as you can.

Also, please complete this ON YOUR OWN! Your partner will also be asked to complete a questionnaire and it’s fun to get different sides to the same story or different ways our experiences influence our memories. Don’t worry; there will be no surprises on your special day…unless you want there to be but that depends on you both and we will discuss it first.
